PIONEER HERBAL BALM FOR WHITE LINE DISEASE IN HORSES

This balm is formulated round FOUR natural oils and FOUR herbs. The herbs have been used in one recipe or

another for hundreds of years to fight fungal infection. The herbal infusion is carefully controlled and takes

five weeks to mature. Heavily weighted towards killing fungal spores, it is strongly recommended

for use with our Liquid Soap in a two stage approach. First scrub the foot with the liquid soap,

working up a rich lather. Then apply the balm.

Our Herbal Balm for White Line Disease in its 60ml jar is very popular with horse owners.
However, many professionals - and those who have to deal with several horses in a day,
needed more balm at hand and a simple dispenser to direct the balm into cracks and crevices,
as well as to provide maximum economy with efficiency.
The result is our squeezy bottle with its bright red twist top dispenser.
You squeeze out just what you need - where you need it.
It doesn’t break on impact. It does what you bought it for.

Your choice:  60ml jar for one horse  - 150ml squeezy bottle for several.

PIONEER HERBAL BALM FOR MUD FEVER IN HORSES

A herbal balm manufactured specifically to ease the symptoms of Mud Fever.
(Many people may refer to Mud Fever as "Rain Scald").

This formulation contains the most effective herbal bactericidal that we can blend.
Herbal infusion is in controlled phases and lasts for 5 weeks.  As with our White Line Disease and
Sweet Itch balms,we strongly recommend that you use Mud Fever balm with our antifungal soap -
either the soft soap version in a squeezy bottle, or our large soap bar.

The aim is to work up a rich lather with the soap to clean the infected area of residual bacteria.
Let the soap lie for 2 or 3 minutes and then gently dab dry (do not wash off).

Now apply the balm sparingly to the entire affected area.

Any scabs should soften and drop off after one or two treatments.  Cover the area if possible.
Daily treatment is recommended until signs of improvement are seen. Then twice weekly until clear.

PIONEER HERBAL BALM FOR SWEET ITCH

Thousands of horses suffer from this debilitating condition. It is not the midge bite itself that causes the infection,
but the action of the poor horse attempting to "scratch the itch." We formulated this balm from
TWO natural oils and FIVE herbs. The main thrust is as a bactericidal, but some herbal elements are
included to assist the skin to resist what is, to a large extent, an immune system complaint.

The constant rubbing and scraping results in a dermatitis that has little chance of subsiding.
Use our antifungal, antiseptic soft soap and work up a rich lather over the entire area.

Let the lather lie for several minutes, then dab dry. (do not wash off). Now apply the balm sparingly
across the entire affected area.  The oil content of the balm is an excellent insect repellent and
will reject mosquitoes, midges and flying insects.   The applied balm may need to be gently
rubbed in again to dissipate the surface oil.  This surface oil must not be rubbed off.

Covering the area is recommended.  Most insects, midges included, cloud in the early morning to
catch the warming rays of the sun, and again at dusk, when the temperature starts to fall.
These are periods of maximum insect activity and the horse should be protected.
